You will lead end-to-end recruitment across EMEA & EEMEA, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR, proactively identify and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs, and develop creative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles. You will define recruitment strategies with hiring managers, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and leverage recruiting data to drive informed hiring decisions. Qualifications include 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in technology, proven expertise in active sourcing and headhunting, experience recruiting GTM talent across EMEA & EEMEA, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and fluency in English.
