Description Heartspring is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across our therapeutic school, residential programs, outpatient clinics, and corporate departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing high-volume recruiting, sourcing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, workforce planning, and talent strategy while making a meaningful impact on children and families.

Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruitment for first-line leadership, professional, and clinical positions, while supporting high-volume hiring for frontline roles. - Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates efficiently, balancing speed with quality to meet hiring goals. - Extend employment offers and guide candidates through pre-employment and onboarding processes. - Coordinate with hiring managers, HR, Learning & Development, IT, Compliance, and other internal partners to ensure smooth transitions from offer to orientation. - Monitor onboarding progress, remove barriers, and maintain accurate candidate records to keep timelines on track. - Place candidates into appropriate positions, schedules, and departments with attention to detail and regulatory compliance. - Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline, balancing competing priorities, multiple requisitions, and deadlines. - Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring trends to continuously improve outcomes and candidate experience.

Requirements - 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR
