Key responsibilities: - Support recruitment for blue-collar and entry-level roles - Screen CVs and pre-select candidates based on job requirements - Contact candidates by phone for initial screening and to schedule interviews - Maintain candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media - Assist with organizing recruitment events, job fairs and hiring campaigns - Prepare recruitment reports and maintain documentation - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process - Provide administrative support for various HR and recruitment activities as needed

Qualifications: - Completed studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or related field - English at intermediate level or higher - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good organizational skills and attention to detail - Proactive attitude and willingness to learn - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
