About the role

Interlingva is seeking an on-site Talent Acquisition Assistant based in Sacramento, CA to support interpreter recruitment and scheduling coverage. This role combines candidate sourcing, administrative coordination, and communication to help the Talent team find, screen, and onboard interpreters while keeping day-to-day recruitment operations running smoothly. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Source candidates and assist with scheduling and coordination for interpreter assignments
Maintain candidate and interpreter databases and records in an organized, up-to-date manner
Manage high volumes of calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with the scheduling and HR teams to ensure timely onboarding and coverage
Provide administrative support to the Talent team as needed
Experience with recruitment or sourcing, including using social media and community research
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, emails, and documentation
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling systems
Strong interpersonal, phone, and email etiquette
Ability to work independently with sound judgment and as part of a team
Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Bilingual preferred (English plus a second language)
