CEL Critical Power is seeking a highly driven Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure our global supplier base delivers components and assemblies that meet stringent electrical, mechanical, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will focus on supplier qualification, audits, and data‑driven analysis to sustain quality, cost, delivery, and compliance for components used in our Power Pod, Switchgear, PDU, and related products. Responsibilities include: Supplier Qualification Management (define supplier needs, evaluate suppliers, manage the approved vendor list, establish SLAs and contingency plans); Supplier Compliance Management (oversee incoming inspection, supplier audits, implement a documented supplier management process, manage change management to maintain compliance); Performance Monitoring (execute supplier re-evaluation, develop monthly performance reports, analyze NCRs and audits to drive visibility); Performance Improvement & Issue Resolution (manage NCR system, lead supplier meetings to resolve issues); New Production Introduction (define operational requirements and workflows with suppliers for new production launches; partner with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and Compliance to ensure supplier readiness for PDUs and product extensions). Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related) and 3–7 years of Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
