Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH) is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead a multi-year transformation that includes implementing a new enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This on-site role is funded through the Rural Health Transformation Grant through September 2027 and will begin with guiding a successful EHR deployment; the position is not a temporary project assignment. As the implementation completes, the role will continue as a strategic leadership resource aligned with KBBH's long-range plan and organizational priorities.

Responsibilities include: - Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation roadmap to keep the project on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. - Establish governance structures to support decision-making and accountability. - Build productive partnerships among leadership, vendors, clinical teams, operational departments, and stakeholders. - Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Driving organizational adoption: - Build confidence and engagement during a period of significant change. - Support training, communications, and readiness activities to enable adoption of new workflows and technology. - Align teams with diverse priorities and perspectives. - Help leaders navigate change while maintaining client care and operational excellence.
