The role is highly collaborative and requires developing and managing project plans, tracking milestones, aligning stakeholders, synthesizing insights, preparing leadership materials, and driving execution. You will partner with core teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams, maintain trackers and dashboards, coordinate calendars and meetings, identify risks and dependencies, and promote continuous improvement through tool adoption. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or medical devices; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools is expected. Travel is minimal.
