Lightmatter is hiring a Staff/Sr Staff Technical Program Manager, Hardware Systems in Boston, Massachusetts for a hybrid work arrangement. In this hands-on TPM role, you will drive program execution across Lightmatter's Hardware Systems team, coordinating schedules, resources, priorities, and cross-functional alignment from early design through production. You will work closely with internal teams such as SI, PI, SW, and supply chain, and with external partners including contract manufacturers, PCB and sheet metal fabricators, assembly houses, and other suppliers to keep programs on track. Your scope includes managing dependencies and trade-offs across concurrent workstreams, maintaining program visibility for engineering leadership, and serving as the team's primary interface to broader organizational programs.
