This role is responsible for provisioning and managing cloud and on-premises environments to deliver highly available, reliable, and automated systems. Responsibilities include serving as the go-to owner for mission-critical infrastructure such as configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, software distribution, supplier portals, and manufacturing; migrating SaaS to self-hosted solutions; implementing monitoring, alerting, incident response plans, and runbooks; reducing manual work through automation; collaborating with stakeholders to define infrastructure needs and service level objectives; using data-driven approaches to demonstrate service robustness and track optimization; working with the security team to ensure timely remediation and updates.
