Responsibilities

• Mentor a QA team, drive collaboration, manage projects, and uphold high quality standards across testing efforts.
• Own and execute QA strategy for web applications focused on payments and ecommerce workflows; develop and maintain automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium) to improve coverage and release velocity.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate testing early in the development cycle, clarify requirements, and troubleshoot across environments.
• Establish QA best practices and metrics to continuously improve coverage, process efficiency, and system reliability using modern tools.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of QA experience; strong SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and test-driven development practices for web apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Startup experience.
• Proficient in automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar; hands-on experience writing and maintaining test scripts.
• Skilled in functional, regression, performance, and security testing; deep knowledge of modern QA methodologies.
• Familiar with ecommerce and/or payments domain.
• Experience with CI/CD
