Title Staff Analytics Engineer Company Setpoint Location / Format Austin, TX, United States — Hybrid (in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays) Responsibilities - Own end-to-end data product implementations for external customers. - Set technical direction and standards for the analytics engineering team. - Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics models using Python, DBT, and SQL. - Create and manage dashboards in external and internal analytics products to deliver actionable insights. - Prototype new data products to add to the product suite; drive roadmap with engineering. - Mentor engineers and support their professional development; maintain clean, version-controlled analytics code with GitHub workflows. - Act as a subject matter expert on analytics best practices; collaborate with engineering, product, and implementation teams.
