Typical responsibilities include: - Recording and documenting movements of inventoried items and performing monthly inventory reconciliations - Assisting with annual physical inventory counts (including locations outside the state) - Administering revenue recognition processes with deferred revenue reconciliations - Recording monthly journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts - Overseeing cash receipts and the payment application process - Ensuring timely and accurate reporting for state sales tax returns - Maintaining the fixed assets subledger - Providing accurate reports to sales and administrative teams - Managing cash collections on bulk-sale contracts with varying terms - Completing accruals and other projects in coordination with the financial statements - Handling ad-hoc requests as needed

Qualifications: - 1-3 years of general ledger accounting experience (public accounting experience is a plus) - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word - Experience with automation tools (Macros, Power Automate, AI) is a plus - CPA designation or progress toward a CPA designation is a plus
