Responsibilities

• Prepare and post month-end journal entries and assist with the monthly close process.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data and ensure the accuracy of accounting records.
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Support the accounting team with process improvements and implementation of new procedures.
• Generate standard, custom, and ad hoc financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and resolve accounting-related issues.
• Provide backup support for other accounting functions as needed.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
• Experience working within an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics GP experience is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
