Tri-National is seeking a Staff Accountant for an on-site role in St. Charles, Missouri, United States. This position provides direct support to the VP of Finance and the Senior Accountant, handling daily banking, preparation of monthly financial statements, general ledger entries for accruals and prepayments, and intercompany transactions, as well as assisting with annual audits. You will maintain an understanding of the financial reporting structure and GL, support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and respond to inquiries regarding financial results. Requirements include a BS/BA in accounting and up to 2 years of accounting experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables), the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with precision, and good written and verbal communication. QuickBooks or AS400 knowledge is a plus, as is trucking industry experience.
