You will help customers migrate workloads, modernize applications, and explore Generative AI and agentic AI workflows, while advising on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. You will design cloud-native reference architectures for a wide range of use cases and champion customer needs to inform AWS feature roadmaps. Responsibilities include creating and sharing technical content and best practices (white papers, code samples, blog posts), and evangelizing AWS technology through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, or conferences. You will work on-site with enterprise customers in the United States (locations include Boston, MA; New York, NY; Arlington, VA), collaborating with teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
