You will lead the embedded applications team through the full product lifecycle, from early concepts to new builds and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will write code, set technical direction, and ensure the team has what it needs to deliver. You will own software delivery, maintain a technical roadmap, coach and develop team members, and collaborate closely with product owners, hardware engineers, production, and sourcing. You will spot and resolve problems early—whether technical, process-related, or interpersonal.
A degree in software, electronics, or related field; at least 5 years of experience in product-oriented software development (ideally using C/C++, Python and Java/TypeScript); experience leading teams in agile environments; fluent in English; Swedish language proficiency preferred.
