Social Media Manager — On-site in Los Angeles, United States. We are a growing fashion and lifestyle company seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence and growth of our brands. This hands-on role covers strategy, content planning and execution, community engagement, influencer coordination, paid social support, analytics, and growth. You will work closely with our Design and E-Commerce teams and take primary ownership of social media strategy and day-to-day activity across multiple fashion and lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute distinct social media strategies for multiple brands; establish a clear voice, identity, and visual direction for each brand; create and manage monthly and weekly content calendars; identify fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends and translate them into brand-appropriate content; plan and manage content across Instagram, Reels, Stories, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms; create engaging short-form content; coordinate product launches with Design and E-Commerce; write compelling captions; schedule posts to maintain a consistent posting rhythm; manage community interactions and build online communities; identify and coordinate with influencers and creators; support product seeding, collaborations, and influencer marketing; track performance of creators and influencers; develop growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and conversions; collaborate with E-Commerce on ads and paid promotions; test creatives, audiences, formats, and messaging; analyze we
