About the role

Moss Consulting is seeking a Social Media Graphic Designer to own the day-to-day content production and posting. You will turn a backlog of photos and videos into platform-ready posts and develop recurring content series such as market trip promotions, team member spotlights, and client spotlights. You will help shape Moss Consulting’s voice through visuals and copy.

Responsibilities

Create platform-ready social posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts from photos and videos
Design graphics in Canva tailored to each platform
Write and edit clear, on-brand captions and copy for every post
Schedule and manage a posting cadence of 5–7 posts per week using HubSpot
Execute recurring content series using source materials provided
Turn leadership updates into engaging, on-brand posts
Maintain consistent visual and written quality across all channels
Incorporate feedback to hit weekly publishing deadlines
Track hours via time entries (hourly position)
