Mintago is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager based in City of Westminster, England, United Kingdom (hybrid). You will lead social media and community initiatives for a disruptor B2B SaaS brand, partnering with the marketing team to bring strategy to life through creating, publishing, and community-building that positions Mintago at the center of the conversation. You are the kind of person who can transform mundane B2B posts into engaging content, build genuine community connections, and be the face and voice of the brand on camera.

What you’ll own: - Social creative and community building - Day-to-day presence across LinkedIn and Meta - Foster two-way conversations and partner with brand advocates, creators, and micro-influencers - Test new channels (Reddit, YouTube) and new content formats - Create thumb-stopping content that makes finances feel actionable, engaging, and fun - Video-first approach; shape our brand voice to be smart, helpful, and human - Support founder personal branding and thought leadership - Stay current with internet culture and tech trends - Identify opportunities for creative campaigns

Community Activation: - Execute online and offline experiences (AMAs, challenges, virtual hangouts, meetups) - Organize virtual events and webinars that deliver value - Manage review platforms (G2, Trustpilot, Capterra) and encourage positive advocacy - Create opportunities for in-person events that translate to online and vice versa

Analytics & Strategy: - Track engagement metrics and sentiment to identify growth opportunities - Conduct market research an
