Universally Speaking is seeking a detail-oriented Simplified Chinese Games Tester to ensure linguistic quality across our titles. This full-time, onsite position in Madrid, Spain, involves working alongside testers, translators, and developers to identify linguistic bugs, ensure natural and culturally accurate in-game text, and follow our established LQA methodologies. You will document findings in professional bug databases, write and refine test cases, and help shape how localization is tested and improved—from indie titles to AAA games. You’ll collaborate early with cross-functional teams, take initiative to optimize workflows, and contribute to best practices in LQA. Qualifications include native or near-native Simplified Chinese, strong English (written and spoken), comfort with databases, spreadsheets, testing tools, and MS Office, and the right to work in Spain. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule in-office at Alvento Business Park, Madrid, with opportunities to grow in LQA, translation technology, and project management, and a supportive, diverse team culture.
