We’re looking for a smart, ambitious, and data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager focused on Google Ads to fuel our next stage of growth.

What you’ll do: - Own performance marketing for our website across desktop and mobile, driving acquisition through Google Ads as your primary channel - Manage six-figure monthly acquisition budgets and use your analytical skills to drive improvements across CPA, ROAS, and website conversions - Disseminate knowledge and ideas across the UA team to support growth across markets and channels - Be an in-house channel expert: maximize opportunities for growth - Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Brand, and CRM to build a cohesive user journey from first click to purchase - Stay ahead of how AI is reshaping marketing, and bring new tools and workflows into the team - Take initiative on broader growth and marketing projects in a fast-moving scale-up

Your bag of tricks: - Minimum 3 years in user acquisition with deep Google Ads expertise - Proven experience with six-figure monthly budgets and independently driving profitable growth mainly across Google - Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into fast, confident decisions - Genuine curiosity about AI and how it’s changing marketing,
