This role involves coordinating with Product Managers, TPMs, and development teams to define, design, and deliver complex product features; managing all aspects of project execution and leading large programs; devising technical specifications and system integration plans; and communicating with senior leadership through regular reporting. The work is technically deep (agentic AI, detection models, data pipelines), organizationally complex (10+ partner teams with competing priorities), and highly impactful (hundreds of millions in prevented concessions, tens of thousands of defects eliminated annually). A typical day may include unblocking data access for engineers, reviewing designs for new agentic investigation workflows, running cross-org alignments on launch timelines, and synthesizing progress across multiple workstreams into leadership updates.
