Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager for OMHS Software, Controls, and Science. You will build the technical infrastructure that six software products do not yet have: the cloud footprint, environments, deployment pipelines, and guardrails that enable reliable, secure launches. This role helps power Amazon's automation infrastructure across hundreds of fulfillment buildings processing millions of packages daily. The programs span industrial controls, unified SCADA, AI-powered design automation, standardized operational metrics, and predictive operations intelligence. All products run on shared infrastructure—AWS accounts, scalable cost models, build-and-release pipelines, production and non-production environments, telemetry, and security guardrails that let us move fast at the edge of the network. Today each product has to reinvent that plumbing; you will make it a platform. You will anticipate launches and stand up environments, build-and-deploy paths, and readiness gates well before a new sortation architecture goes live in November. You will size and govern AWS spend per building generation, standardize how products build, deploy, and rollback so the next product inherits a platform rather than rebuilding from scratch, and run security and compliance programs to keep us safe while moving fast. You will partner directly with engineering managers, product managers, security, and finance to keep infrastructure ahead of the products it serves.
