This position can be based on-site in Los Angeles or remote anywhere in the United States and is a full lifecycle, client-facing role supported by an embedded RPO engine. You will own the recruitment process for hardware engineering disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, firmware and embedded software, autonomy and robotics, manufacturing, NPI, and test. Responsibilities include intake and job description optimization, strategic outbound sourcing, thorough technical evaluation, and close collaboration with engineering hiring managers. You will design interview processes, manage offers and start dates, and ensure clean ATS data and a strong candidate experience. Calibrate quickly by presenting around 10 profiles per role to the hiring manager and maintain a tight hiring-manager loop with a 24-hour response cadence. Qualifications include 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in high-growth environments (in-house or agency), direct experience hiring hardware engineers, and strong technical fluency in areas such as PCB design, Altium, embedded C/C++, RTOS, embedded Linux, ROS 2, perception and controls, DFM/DFA, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
