Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Drive the development and execution of technical strategies and initiatives to improve product quality.
Partner with Product to shape the roadmap and ensure engineering decisions align with user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver relevant features on time.
Address technical challenges to ensure scalability, reliability, and usability of our Marketplace products.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Champion adoption of AI-assisted development tools across the team.
Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet business objectives.
You’ll need 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams; proficiency in PHP or
