You will work on greenfield initiatives and improvements to existing systems, including building REST APIs, engineering microservices, and supporting critical components such as card payments, treasury management, transactions booking, and crypto liquidity. Our backend stack centers on Java 25 with Postgres, and we rely on Spring Boot for rapid, reliable delivery. We value clean code, maintainability, and fast turnaround with TDD, DDD, and CI/CD. Requirements: proven experience in backend development with Java; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields; strong English communication skills; a track record of delivering complex products used by millions in hypergrowth startups.
