This on-site role is based in New York and requires partnering with Hiring Managers, Practice Leads, and HR Business Partners to translate business priorities into targeted hiring strategies. Responsibilities include sourcing, assessing, and screening high-caliber talent for roles in Planning, Activation, Strategy, Investment, Analytics, Commerce, Ad Ops, and Client Leadership; owning the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer, delivering a positive candidate experience, and providing real-time recruiting insights to the Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders.
