Position: Senior Recruiter (Onsite) based in Streetsboro, Ohio, responsible for end-to-end recruitment of hourly production associates in a high-volume manufacturing environment, including full-cycle recruiting, hiring decisions, and scalable hiring strategies to support growth. The Senior Recruiter will support ramp-up of a new large-scale operation and collaborate with site leadership and HR to understand workforce demands and shift requirements.
