Ameresco, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex energy infrastructure and construction projects across public, institutional, industrial, government, and commercial sectors. You will direct project development and delivery in partnership with Engineering, Construction, and Operations leadership, driving strategy, constructability reviews, scope definition, procurement planning, subcontractor selection, cost estimation, scheduling, commissioning, startup, and long-term operational readiness. You will oversee key subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure competitive costs and on-time delivery of equipment, materials, and services; manage project teams and resources, including expenditures and job cost accounting; provide ongoing status updates; evaluate technologies and equipment for suitability; implement site safety and health plans, QA/QC, and startup activities; ensure compliance with safety standards and codes; and travel up to 15% as required. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business management, or related field, or equivalent, plus minimum 7 years of civil infrastructure, electrical (medium/high voltage), mechanical/turbine/generators, or industrial power construction project management experience on complex, multi-site facilities.
