AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction supervision for large-scale projects in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met, and you will manage cross-functional teams and key stakeholder relationships while maintaining compliance with local regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and UAE regulations
Lead project teams including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers; promote a safe, collaborative work environment
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software; adjust timelines as needed
Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures
Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify conformance with contractual requirements
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns
Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders
Manage contracts, change orders, and vendor relationships
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve technical issues
