This hands-on role focuses on keeping teams aligned, tracking progress, identifying risks early, and ensuring decisions, tasks, and dependencies are followed through to completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, an effective communicator, and able to bring transparency and structure without taking ownership away from the product or production team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will: monitor and challenge existing plans (schedules, resources, milestones); coordinate cross-functional teams including design, development, art, QA, data, monetization, and UA to meet project goals; own hands-on follow-up, checklists, escalations, and transparent communication; leverage AI tools and automation to improve workflows and productivity; monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies; communicate status to stakeholders and manage expectations; ensure deliverables meet quality standards; lead regular meetings to align goals and track blockers; facilitate problem-solving and decision-making within the team.
