Proactively manage scope, budget, and schedule adjustments to keep projects on track. - Resource Management: Collaborate with superintendents and the management team to allocate personnel and materials effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization to meet project goals. - Priority Setting: Establish and continuously adjust project priorities, reallocating resources as needed to meet critical deadlines and milestones. - Stakeholder Alignment: Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure alignment and accountability across project teams. - Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key project performance metrics, identifying variances early and implementing corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget targets. - Tea
