You will lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of planning, design, and delivery of complex aviation and civil infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include planning, design, and management of projects; overseeing stormwater, utility infrastructure, and pavement design and assessments; coordinating construction support services; leading large, multi-disciplinary design teams; preparing engineering plans, specifications, reports, and permit applications; analyzing design alternatives, technical data, cost estimates, and project schedules; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards; maintaining and growing client relationships; supporting business development through proposals and client presentations; and mentoring junior staff to promote technical excellence. To be successful, applicants typically hold a bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience; Professional Engineer, Registered Architect or Interior Designer, and/or Licensed General Contractor is preferred; PMP certification is preferred.
