Role overview: The Senior Project Manager will oversee the division's capital program, developing the scope of work, cost estimates, project economics, and schedules for major capital projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders and facility leadership to drive project execution and deliver measurable results. You will ensure that safety and environmental regulations are considered in planning and strictly followed during execution to deliver a safe project with no environmental incidents.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of designing and executing assigned projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scope, set boundaries, and finalize process designs to meet operational goals
Investigate alternatives to maximize value and justify investments
Map out project timelines, align resources, and coordinate activities to ensure smooth progression and timely execution
Develop budgets for each stage, monitor results, ensure financial tracking aligns with ROI targets, and keep projects within approved scope
Develop detailed execution strategies, assess feasibility, and resolve potential roadblocks to meet deadlines
Ensure safety protocols and environmental regulations are followed during planning and execution
Lead project implementation, address challenges, and document progress and results to achieve seamless project closure
