ADP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the GlobalView Implementation team and lead large-scale payroll and HR transformation projects for global clients. You will drive end-to-end project delivery from planning through go-live and client transition, serving as the primary project contact for stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery against scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives. Responsibilities include defining project strategy and implementation roadmap, establishing governance and communication plans, managing resource allocation, and proactively mitigating risks. You will manage client relationships, drive process improvements, and support the transition from Sales to Implementation and then to Client Services. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related project management experience, strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, and preferably experience in Payroll, HR technology, SaaS, or IT implementations, with PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications; SAP HCM experience is a plus. This on-site role is based in Nanterre, Île-de-France, France and Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, and involves engagements across France and Spain.
