This role will serve as the operational and programmatic backbone for EFM's most consequential work, supporting the systems, cadences, and reporting infrastructure that allow a 500-person global marketing organization to operate with clarity and speed. You will drive the portfolio of high-priority projects, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure deliverables land on time and to standard. Responsibilities include budget tracking and investment management, maintaining a real-time headcount and org operations model, and producing executive-ready reporting for leadership. You will also oversee global program health and portfolio intelligence, including multi-geo initiatives, and champion AI-native operations by applying AI tools to improve the speed and quality of outputs from budget modeling to meeting preparation and status synthesis. Qualifications include a bias toward action, fluency with AI tools, 6+ years in program management, strategy and operations or related roles; strong financial fluency; experience managing headcount and recruiting pipelines; exceptional organizational discipline; executive-ready communication; and experience designing rhythm of business for senior leaders.
