Blue River Technology, a John Deere company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the construction autonomy strategy from concept to scale. You will partner with engineering leaders and go-to-market teams to define the right early target customer, opportunity definition, and minimum viable product, and to drive rapid, customer-facing experiments. The role requires building a deep empathy for the customer, business, and market through qualitative and quantitative research, and defining requirements across perception, SLAM, object detection, safety systems, path planning, and machine controls. You will shape system performance criteria, monitor adoption, and own the data collection strategy to support model development. Collaborate with leadership on long-term product vision and roadmap, and do whatever it takes to make the product successful. This position is based in Santa Clara, California, with remote work options.
