About the opportunity Conversational Banking is how N26 scales support without increasing headcount. Our aim is banking as a non-event: clients receive help in their channel and language of choice, with most issues resolved before a human agent is involved. We own the orchestration and intelligence layer in-house, not via vendors, and the program is expanding from an assistant that answers questions to a system that acts on them.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the development and deployment of high-impact conversational capabilities and autonomous journeys end to end — from discovery through delivery to measurable resolution outcomes. Working alongside Lead Product Managers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers, you will operate at the intersection of applied AI, banking operations, and regulation to ship experiences relied on by millions of clients across Europe. The team is newly formed with strong foundations; you will work with a high-autonomy team from day one.
