Role: Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and consolidation of Crimson’s core admissions product into a cohesive, high-performing platform.
Build intelligent systems that track milestones and nudge progress across multi-channel touchpoints (app, WhatsApp, email, voice AI).
Collaborate with executive leadership, global and regional stakeholders to translate business goals into prioritized product roadmaps.
Explore and integrate emerging AI paradigms (LLMs, agentic workflows, automated Essay Review/QA, prompt architecture, synthetic evaluation) to 10x team efficiency and client outcomes.
Define clear success metrics (adoption, cycle time reduction, SSM capacity uplift, CSAT) and ensure measurable business impact.
Manage, coach, and develop associate and junior PMs; establish best-in-class product discovery, PRD writing, user interviews, and sprint delivery standards.
Foster an outcome-driven culture that balances speed, engineering feasibility, UX polish, and empathy for non-technical users.
Eliminate operational friction across tutor allocation, session invoicing, scheduling/calendar sync, and student progress tracking.
