Elation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the connective tissue between external vendor and compliance ecosystems and Engineering, turning vendor specifications and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable work. You will own vendor integrations (eRx, Labs, Vaccinations and more), monitor vendor health, maintain documentation and runbooks, and manage day-to-day vendor relationships across our clinical SaaS platform. Working with Product, Design, and Engineering, you will translate vendor specs and compliance needs into engineering-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria, shape solutions beyond mere specs, and validate outcomes with customers and internal stakeholders. You will project-manage vendor integration and upgrade timelines, address edge cases, and collaborate on implementation details. You will also leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, requirements drafting, and stakeholder communication. A strong candidate will have 3–5+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Program Manager in healthcare tech or other regulated industries, plus fluent data literacy, experience reading API docs, SQL queries, data flow tracing, and familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR. Nice-to-have skills include lightweight automation (Zapier, Make, Retool), background in support/technical triage, or prior vendor/contract-management experience. Salary: $150,000 - 180,000k/yr.
