Prolific is seeking a Senior Platform Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Platform and SRE teams, owning the technical foundation and reliability required to scale a human data infrastructure powering AI development. You will drive infrastructure strategy, champion SRE culture, and treat the platform as a product with a roadmap and adoption metrics. Responsibilities include providing leadership and growth opportunities for Platform teams; owning infrastructure direction for Kubernetes (GKE) clusters; defining SLOs/SLAs, incident remediation, and observability; building a developer-facing platform with self-service tooling; and ensuring cloud security and compliance with SOC 2 and ISO-27001. The role requires proven experience leading infrastructure and SRE teams, deep expertise in GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform/Terragrunt, Crossplane, and GitOps with ArgoCD; strong knowledge of complex architectures, observability, and incident management; and the ability to balance stability with developer velocity. You should be able to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
