AlixPartners is seeking a Senior People Operations and Strategic Resource Management Specialist to join our Riyadh office in a hybrid role spanning Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The People Operations function ensures the seamless delivery of the employee lifecycle across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, including onboarding, offboarding, employment administration, payroll coordination, immigration, labour law compliance and employee experience. This role combines People Operations with Strategic Resource Management (SRM) to ensure timely staffing of client engagements through effective coordination, deployment and insight generation, working closely with the EMEA SRM team. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, the wider SRM and People Operations teams, and local stakeholders including Partners and PMDs. While prior SRM experience is advantageous, we are seeking a strong People Operations professional with recent Saudi experience and deep expertise in Saudi labour law, immigration and employee lifecycle processes, who is keen to develop SRM capability.
