Based in our Glenrothes office in Scotland, the Senior Marketing Communications Manager is part of the international North Europe Marketing Communications team for GB&I, Nordics and DACH. You will execute the North Europe marketing plan with a particular focus on the GB&I market, collaborating with the GB&I local marketing team and reporting to the Head of Communications based in Denmark. Your responsibilities include brand activation toward B2C audiences across North Europe, end-to-end campaign execution (media plans, creative briefs, strategic partnerships, and involvement in shoots). You will work with the global Insights team to turn consumer, market and category insights into sharper briefs, stronger creative and higher-performing campaigns. You will collaborate with local market media, product, CXU, PR and Social Media teams to build integrated campaigns, manage external agencies, and deliver in-house creative with Canva and strong proofreading and copywriting in English. You will own budgets across multiple markets with transparency and rigour. You will act as a senior voice in the team, providing guidance and support without direct line management. You will navigate stakeholders across a complex matrix of local, regional and global functions in an international context. You will evaluate activities against relevant marketing KPIs and share learnings across markets to raise the creative and strategic bar.
