Virtuos is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic connector between HR and the business units, delivering HR consulting and implementing initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness. The role leads major transformation projects to support sustainable growth and organizational change.

Transformation Projects (50%) - Lead and manage organizational transformation initiatives to drive culture, innovation, and growth. - Collaborate with departments to analyze requirements, develop plans, execute, and monitor transformation programs. - Manage risks and resolve issues throughout project lifecycles. - Ensure active stakeholder engagement and commitment during change processes. - Collect, analyze data, and report progress and outcomes to senior leadership. - Provide consultation and promote a change-ready culture, supporting workshops and trainings related to organizational change.
