Senior Full-Stack Developer C# / .NET to drive AI-powered transformation in healthcare. You will actively advance our AI strategy—from identifying new use cases to scaling them into production. You will design and integrate AI-powered features into our product, covering LLM integration, prompt engineering, and automation of existing processes. You will develop and expand our medical practice software using ASP.NET Core (.NET 8/9), Blazor Server with MudBlazor, and Vue 3 / Vite. You will build REST APIs and data models with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server, including a robust migration strategy. You will structure application logic with MediatR and ensure a performant, maintainable architecture through caching with Redis. You will take technical ownership for parts of the product, foster shared quality standards, and mentor colleagues with your AI expertise. You will support new features—especially in AI Engineering—together with Product Management from idea through rollout. You will oversee operations and monitoring for deployments on Windows Server / IIS.
The following is your profile: Several years of experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Developer with C# / .NET (ideally .NET 8/9) and ASP.NET Core. Experience with Blazor (Server), Razor and ideally MudBlazor; alternatively Vue 3, Vite, Pinia and Vue Router. Practical experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server and database migrations. Demonstrable experience in AI Engineering—e.g., integrating LLMs / AI APIs, Prompt Engineering, RAG approaches or AI agents—and a desire to strategically shape this
