Contabo is seeking two full-time, permanent Senior Frontend Developers to join our team as soon as possible. The role is remote-first within Germany, with the option to work hybrid or on-site if you are near our Munich locations.

You will be part of a new team responsible for creating and maintaining Contabo's new product line. In a green-field environment you’ll influence design, code, and infrastructure decisions aligned with our product strategy and time-to-market. You’ll balance speed and quality, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with the team to improve redundancy and uptime.

Your main focus will be on everything customers interact with on our platform—primarily a GUI, but also other cloud-native tools like Terraform or CLIs. You’ll work on APIs and closely collaborate with UX designers to deliver the best possible customer experience. Since the product is new, you’ll have the opportunity to build from the ground up, move quickly, fix issues on the fly, and feed learnings back into the team. You’ll standardize APIs and help shape the product design with integration to design frameworks.

What we’re looking for: - TypeScript 5.9 – strong production experience; use the type system to prevent bugs - Svelte 5 (including client-side routing) and/or a comparable modern reactive framework - REST APIs – building and consuming evolving APIs - Docker, Webpack 5, PostCSS - Svelte Material UI (SMUI) or a comparable component library - E2E testing with Playwright and/or Cypress - Keycloak.js or comparable SSO/OAuth implementation - Fluent English required; German
