Overview: Holladay is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support real estate development and investment activities. The successful candidate will conduct market research, build complex financial models, and perform due diligence to identify, evaluate, and execute profitable opportunities in real estate development and investment. This is an on-site role based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States.

Responsibilities

AI Implementation: Collaborate with the VP of FP&A to build AI tools and agents to improve business efficiency; learn business workflows and maintain company data; develop training for business users to use AI tools and agents.
Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models for real estate projects (budgets, forecasting, debt structures, cash flows, equity waterfalls, sell vs. hold analyses); perform sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling; create cash flow projections and calculate metrics such as IRR, NPV, and ROI.
Asset Management Support: Support budgeting and forecasting; review monthly operating statements and explain variances; assist in planning and executing projects; prepare quarterly investor reports; support the quarterly contributions and distributions.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports on market trends and property performance; present findings to senior management; collaborate with COO and CFO; work with cross-functional teams including acquisitions, development, and accounting/finance.
