Senior Finance Manager, Wealth Management Job overview: The Senior Finance Manager partners with the Wealth Management leadership team to develop profitable, growth-oriented strategies across various macroeconomic cycles. As the lead finance business partner for the Wealth Management Division, you will be accountable for financial planning, performance management, profitability analysis, strategic decision support, and executive financial insights to drive divisional growth and profitability. The Wealth Management Division encompasses Private Wealth, Institutional Trust, Simmons Investment Services, and Private Banking. Key responsibilities include developing organic and inorganic growth strategies and associated financial proformas; managing all financial support and oversight for the division; maintaining recurring financial reporting packages, scorecards, and KPIs; conducting complex analysis of business performance; supporting budgeting, forecasting, pricing, profitability modeling, capital management, acquisitions/divestitures, and financing/investment scenarios; providing financial due diligence for strategic initiatives; collaborating with Human Resources to design incentive programs; shaping strategy by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities; analyzing drivers such as assets under management, fee income, trust revenue, and private banking performance; presenting reports and recommendations to executive management and auditors; partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate financia
