You will join the engineering leadership to translate technical strategy into execution and contribute to a privacy-centric internet. Responsibilities

Lead and grow engineering teams of 10+ engineers in a fast-paced product environment.
Manage fully remote and distributed teams with strong operational and communication practices.
Partner with Product and Design on strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and execution; challenge assumptions, drive alignment, and translate ambiguity into high-quality product delivery.
Build mobile architecture, ensure app performance, release management, and weigh engineering trade-offs.
Build and scale consumer mobile products with 1M+ MAU.
Deliver measurable impact in metrics such as user growth, retention, release cadence, product quality, reliability, or team effectiveness.
Operate in a high-velocity mobile development environment with emphasis
