Senior ERP Customer Support Consultant based in Eslöv, Sweden, focused on helping customers use our in-house DSM solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, diagnose challenges, and propose effective solutions. The role covers a range of tasks from simple DSM issues to complex integrations with third-party products such as Continia and Power Apps. If a case cannot be resolved immediately, you will document it clearly so it can be forwarded to our Denmark escalation team who will take over, while you contribute to the proposed solution to ensure a satisfactory outcome. You will also receive training in our new joint solution Aptean Equipment DMS, which will be offered to customers in the future. Qualifications include practical experience with ERP systems (NAV/BC or equivalent), experience in finance and warehousing, strong communication skills in Swedish and English, and a proactive, structured approach.
